QVC Reviews

I've had cause to submit two reviews to QVC, both negative as a result of delivery problems. Recently, I've had one order "lost in transit", followed by another "lost in transit" and then a third "lost in transit". In the case of the third - a quantiy of Begonias, the replacement shipment duly arrived via Hermes - absolutely smashed to pieces - something I've experienced bfore with that carrier more than once. Read th reviews of Hermes, and the reviews of Begonias from QVC. The fact that BOTH of my reviews were rejected by QVC leads me to regard ALL of their claims of FIVE STAR reviews with suspicion. It appears they'll only publish favourable reviews.

I have ordered many products. Delivery is quick. Quality of products are excellent. I love QVC products. Happy customer.

QVC is my favorite brand and i like all products. Results are amazing. Quality and Quantity is superb. Price is affordable. Happy customer. Recommended to friends and family.

I guess I was sent the WRONG item I NEVER ordered (nor would I EVER order that crap!) because after my first recent order arrived, I was VERY displeased with it (as were countless others!) and posted a negative review. But honestly, my two cats can tell the difference between a wooden cooking spoon set (that had another person's name on the label underneath mine) and a keyboard and mouse! Quality and now service is going down the drain with QVC! Major disappointment dummies!

I used to be a fan, but something changed and now QVC is anything but the Quality, Value, or Customer service like their name suggests.
I've bought items at sale prices only to have them sold out, or end up on a waiting list, only to see the same exact thing show up at a later date as "available", but now at the regular price. They fill those orders before fulfilling orders previously place.
I've had things arrive that I did not order, and then charged to $6.95 to return. If it's their error, why do customers have to pay?
Customer service is a hit or miss depending on who answers your call. They have been either very polite and helpful, or rude and of no use. Bad hiring practices! They should listen to the recordings of the phone calls!
I was once a happy customer, but now I'm so done with QVC!

I recently ordered a toy from QVC for a Christmas present. Another popular retailer offered it online for a cheaper price, but was sold out, so I had to get it at QVC. The quality was as expected and shipping was quick. I was disappointed I had to pay a higher price for it than other retailers offered though. If you are paying in full for something you can probably find the same products for cheaper elsewhere. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I have received great merchandise from QVC over the years. The value pay option that is often offered really helps a person's budget. Their customer service is outstanding. I am very surprised by so many bad reviews.

Not sure if this a fair review, haven't ordered from QVC in years, tried to make a few recent purchases but the system wouldn't update my address correctly and I'm glad it didn't.
Disappointed how these QVC Spokespeople have beein selling fear to viewers. Food items was a big one, order food so you don't have to go out in a pandemic. David Venables who I have had mad respect for, did a HP computer deal of the day and mentioned at the end of Nov beginning Dec when it aired, that computers are hard to find...SERIOUSLY ?? I could go to Staples, Best Buy, eBay, Amazon, Costco etc. and find a computer of any brand any model. The lies they have been spewing and fearing people in to buying is messed up. Also, you can find their products much cheaper elsewhere, whether it's the same brand or something close to it.

I ordered four items on four different days and the gift messages did not get sent with the gift (even though I filled them out online). I emailed them and gave them the order number and the message that I would like to have added. They pretended to misunderstand for over a week and then asked for me to fix it online. Their software does not allow for this to be fixed online. The gifts were all shipped with no gift message. I will never order from this company again.
